Trading App Download in Pakistan: Platforms Compared
This page compares trading app download options available to users in Pakistan, with minimum deposits, supported platforms and payout figures side by side. It also explains what the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan does and does not regulate, so you can weigh that before installing anything.

Payout levels also differ between platforms. Deriv lists a maximum payout of 100%, Quotex 98%, IQ Option and Olymp Trade and Expert Option 95%, Pocket Option and Exnova and BinaryCent 92%, and Stockity and Binomo 90%. These are maximum figures, not typical outcomes, and a higher number does not mean a trade will end in profit.
- Stockity: 10 USD minimum deposit, 1 USD minimum trade, 90% maximum payout, Android/iOS/Web
- Deriv: 5 USD minimum deposit, 0.35 USD minimum trade, 100% maximum payout, Android/iOS/Web/MT5/TradingView
- Pocket Option: 5 USD minimum deposit, 1 USD minimum trade, 92% maximum payout, Android/iOS/Web/MT4/MT5
- Quotex: 10 USD minimum deposit, 1 USD minimum trade, 98% maximum payout, Android/iOS/Web
Downloading an app is the easy part. The harder part is checking whether the broker behind it is someone you want to send money to from Pakistan.
What the SECP Does and Does Not Regulate
For a reader in Pakistan, the SECP's role matters because it defines what recourse exists. If a locally licensed broker fails, there are domestic avenues. If an offshore platform fails, you are dealing with a foreign company and foreign regulators, which is a very different position.
There is also a named warning relevant to this page. In April 2025, the SECP issued a press release naming Qxbroker, which is Quotex, as unauthorised, and referred the matter to the FIA, the PTA and Google. That is the only SECP warning in our reference for the brokers on this page, and it is specific to Quotex.
Payment Routes from Pakistan: What Works with a Trading App
The payment routes that appear in this market are bank transfer, mobile wallets, cards and USDT. Bank transfer works through any local bank via 1LINK or Raast. Mobile wallets mean JazzCash and Easypaisa, usually through a payment partner. Cards mean Visa and Mastercard, subject to your bank's international limit.
USDT is usually TRC-20 and is described as the fastest route when a card is declined. That matters in Pakistan because international card transactions can be blocked or limited by the issuing bank, and a declined card is a common reason a deposit fails after a trading app download.
Each route has a different failure mode. A bank transfer can be slow but traceable. A mobile wallet deposit depends on the payment partner the broker uses. A card deposit depends on your bank's international limit. USDT depends on the blockchain network and the address you send to.
Before you fund an account, check which routes the broker actually offers inside the app. A broker may list a payment method on its website that is not available to accounts opened from Pakistan, or that is available only through a third-party processor with its own fees and limits.
What to Check Before You Install a Trading App
The minimum deposit is the first practical filter. Deriv and Pocket Option start at 5 USD. Stockity, Quotex, IQ Option, Olymp Trade, Binomo, Expert Option and Exnova start at 10 USD. BinaryCent requires 250 USD, which is a much larger first commitment for a reader in Pakistan.
The platform list is the second filter. If you already use MT5 or TradingView, Deriv supports both. Pocket Option supports MT4 and MT5. The other brokers on this page run their own platforms, which means you will learn a new interface after the trading app download.
Licensing is the third filter, and it is the one most often skipped. A broker with no licence in any register we read leaves you with no named regulator to approach if something goes wrong. A broker with a foreign licence gives you a foreign regulator, not the SECP. Neither is the same as a locally licensed Pakistani broker.
Warnings are the fourth filter. Pocket Option carries warnings from the FCA, Consob and CFTC. Exnova has withdrawal complaints and a no-regulator flag on record. BinaryCent carries four warnings, including a VFSC notice of fraud. These are not predictions of what will happen to you; they are records of what other regulators have already said.
